The Bay Area Classic 2012 Yo-Yo Championships take place at Golden Gate Park on Saturday, but there’s also a Dolores Park Yo-Yo After Party on Sunday on May 27th.

Kick it in Dolores Park in San Francisco at 1pm for a free bbq of Burgers and Hot Dogs brought to you by Food Social, DJ Sketch, plus a chance for you to meet some of the bay areas’s top yo-yo tricksters for you two watch and learn some tips from.

This is an informal event in the park, so there’s no competition, but when you put a bunch of yo-yo experts together in the park, you’re bound to see trick swaping and something really interesting.

BYOB and BYOYOYO… but there’s usually some loaners to spare if you want to give some tricks a try.

Free and open to the public.
