About The Tripp Distillery

Just south of San Francisco, in the coastal town of Pacifica, Head Distiller Jason Tripp handcrafts small batches of spirits made from all-organic ingredients. The distillery’s 220-gallon still runs slower than traditional pot stills—nearly half the speed—allowing more complete chemical interactions between the alcohol and the still. Tripp spirits have won multiple awards and are available at stores such as Total Wine and venues including the San Jose Sharks games.
