200 Free Pumpkins at SF’s Free Union Square Pumpkin Patch (2023)

Celebrate the much-anticipated transition from the vibrant burst of spring blossoms to the bountiful harvest season, as Union Square in Bloom 2023 draws to a close with its grand finale event. Join us in Union Square Plaza for an unforgettable day at the closing Bloom to Harvest concert where we’ll bid farewell to the floral beauty of spring and welcome the abundance of the harvest. With a delightful array of activities, including a Bar Garden, Food Truck, live performances, dancing, interactive games, family-friendly harvest festivities, the first-ever Bloomies Awards, and so much more.

2023 Pumpkin Giveaway

Secure your ticket to claim a complimentary pumpkin during one of two time slots, while supplies last.

There will be approximately 200 free pumpkins in a designated pumpkin patch area. Guests can secure your ticket to claim a complimentary pumpkin during one of two time slots: 1:00 PM – 1:55 PM or 2:00 PM – 2:55 PM, while supplies last. And fret not, if they can’t make it, any unclaimed pumpkins will be distributed between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. They will have 5 minutes to make their way thru the pumpkin patch area to select a pumpkin and take photos. Reserve a Pumpkin

Bill Ortiz, renowned for his sweet, full-tone and clear, assertive attack, has solidified his position as one of the most sought-after trumpet players in the vibrant Bay Area music scene for over four decades. As a notable highlight of his illustrious career, Bill Ortiz was also a valued member of Santana.
