The 2013 First City Festival takes place in beautiful Monterey on August 24-25, 2013 at the Monterey County Fairgrounds, a venue steeped in music history.
First City headliners include Passion Pit, MGMT, and Beach House on Saturday, and Modest Mouse, Neko Case, Toro y Moi, and Devendra Banhart on Sunday.
