Join local cocktail and spirits writer, educator, and author of Doctors and Distillers: The Remarkable Medicinal History of Beer, Wine, Spirits, and Cocktails, Camper English, for a presentation of “Eye-Openers, Corpse Revivers, and Anti-Fogmatics – Medicinal Morning Cocktail.”

Then, learn from a licensed sommelier about the history of Champagne and see a live demo of proper champagne popping technique to avoid eye injury. A ticket also includes a glass of Champagne to toast the new year!
