Join us for a vibrant celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month at Montalvo Arts Center! On Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 1-5 PM, immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage and artistic excellence of the Santa Clara Valley’s Lowrider community.
We’re excited to present a free, family-friendly celebration: the 3rd Annual Lowrider Art Showcase! This collaboration with the United Lowrider Council of San Jose (ULCSJ) and Local Color SJ transforms Montalvo’s historic grounds and Santa Clara County Park trails into a vibrant exhibition of lowrider culture and artistic excellence.
Highlights include: 
  • Art making and painting demonstrations in the gardens
  • Local artists and vendors
  • DJs and dancing
  • Food vendors & Bar
Together, our organizations believe in the power of the arts, artists, and creativity to strengthen community.
This year’s community festival is dedicated to the life and memory of Alcario “Al” Castellano.
All attendees: Park at West Valley College and take our free shuttle to and from the event. The first shuttle departs at 12:30pm.
