Wrob began as an actor in 100 plays and films, eventually founding the Orpheus and Red Curtain theaters in FL. There are naked statues of him on two continents. His best job ever was wrestling women professionally. He’s written 50 fairy tales and 500 songs. The third-greatest party entertainer in the history of the world, he’s available (nay, desperate) for bookings.
Wendy Wolters
My writing often reflects a sense I have had of a thread of meaning running through life’s contrasting realities. Deeply inspired by connections between the outer world and the inner realm of ideas, imagination, and possibility, I am moved by the inherent sensory experience of being in a natural world, everyday life, spiritual questions, healing, and the universal quest for courage and compassion within the human spirit.
Currently, I participate in various local readings, primarily at Sacred Grounds, La Promenade, and 1428 Poets. My poetry has been featured at Sacred Grounds, La Promenade, Florey’s in Pacifica, and Alameda Island Poets.
Published poetry: an anthology edited by Maggie Oman Shannon; a submission in a poetry issue of SF Street Sheet; a collaboration with poet Clara Hsu on a CD, and selected poems on a podcast by producer John Rhodes and Host Clara Hsu
