49ers Youth Vaccine Night at Levi’s Stadium

In an effort to help get the younger population vaccinated, Santa Clara County has partnered with the San Francisco 49ers for “Youth Night at Levi’s Stadium” from 5:30-7:30 pm, May 11-13.

The newly vaccinated youth will be treated to a tour of a NFL locker room, 49ers swag (while supplies last), and for the early arrivals, the first 100 youth each night will get a free Chipotle or Starbucks gift card.

The event is for high school students (16 or older) and their families. No appointments or health insurance are necessary, and everyone is welcome, regardless of immigration status.

Youth Night at Levi’s Stadium
When: Tuesday – Thursday, May 11, 12, and 13 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Where: Levi’s Stadium   Green Lot 1 – Enter through the Great America Parkway entrance
Who: Youth (16+) and their families, regardless of immigration status or insurance
Why: To get you and your loved ones protected against COVID-19

For youth getting vaccinated, the first 100 will win a Chipotle or Starbucks gift card each night! Additionally, tour an NFL locker room or grab some 49ers swag, while supplies last.
