The final night of Round 1 comes to the Crows Nest with 16 comics competing for just five chances to advance to the Semifinals. As a final night of the first week, some comics are giving it their all for a chance to break into the Semifinals. Some kick back and enjoy themselves. Some of them have snap sets where all the stress of the week comes out, but the audience enjoys it either way.
About the Competition
The San Francisco Comedy Competition is one of the most prestigious comedy events in North America, launching the careers of notable comedians such as Patton Oswalt, Robin Williams, and Ellen DeGeneres. It’s an outrageously funny evening, where you will see the comedy stars of tomorrow competing for their chance at fame and fortune. Hundreds of comedians audition each year to compete, but only 32 are chosen.
