Event Details

Experience the contagious energy, passion, and joy of the New Century Chamber Orchestra, one of only a handful of conductorless ensembles in the world. With internationally-renowned violin soloist Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg at the helm, the orchestra has earned a reputation for its on-fire, electrifying performances.

New Century’s Open Rehearsals are a collaborative process in which every musician has the chance to give input, leaving audiences with a new and refreshing perspective on the creative dynamic.

Tickets are normally $8, but mention Funcheap at the door for $5 admission.

Each Open Rehearsal has general admission seating and offers a sneak preview of the upcoming program. Complimentary coffee and donuts will be provided.

The September 10th Open Rehearsal will provide a preview of the Carmen Returns program, and may include any of the following works:
