Oakland’s “510 Day” Virtual 5k Run

510 day is a unique day to celebrate the East Bay and Oakland every year. It is not just about the arts and culture but of course of our hometown teams. The Virtual 5k is a way to celebrate 510 day and have people earn donated medals from the Oakland A’s Community Fund. All funds raised will go to the Alameda County Community Food Bank, to ensure food security in all of Alameda County.

There’s no cost to run and there’s no limit to donations.

Virtual Runners Instructions:

• Register here
• Confirmed runs via Strava: Join our Strava group: Oakland Running Festival
• Purchase a 5k (3.1 mile) or 5k+half (16.2 mile) medal during check out (optional)
• Tag us when you are running or celebrating 510 day: @oaklandmarathon
