Orchardist Phil Doetsch shares what it takes to grow healthy apricot trees when he leads a guided walk through the Los Altos Civic Center Apricot Orchard, Saturday April 13, at 11 am.

Learn why these imports from China (brought here by the Spanish) found such a happy home in this region. The walk is free, and open to all ages. Meet at the back door of the Los Altos Library, 13 S San Antonio Rd.
