On Saturday, August 17, Flashfood, the app for discounted groceries and fresh produce, will be hosting a “grocery thrifting” event at Empress Vintage (1962 Harrison St) from 11-2pm. We’ll be giving away boxes of free perfectly ripe produce, on Flashfood and Lucky Supermarkets, while digging for special vintage finds at Empress (while supplies last).
Visitors can treat themselves to flowers from Flower Friends SF, grab a glass of fresh icy lemonade, and hangout with friends while shopping to the sounds of a live, local DJ.
