Sleigh, boots! Get ready for Christmas chaos in the Castro at Santa Skivvies Run.
Santa Skivvies Run is where hundreds of scantily clad Santas take over the Castro for a mad dash to raise funds for San Francisco AIDS Foundation. Whether this is your annual tradition or your very first time, this is a very silly, very San Francisco way to bring in the holidays.
On the day of the event, make sure to come early to check out Santa’s Village. Then stay after the course for the award ceremony, skivvies runway, and drag show. We’ll provide changing booths, clothing checks, glam stations, and plenty of selfie ops. There is no better way to kick off the holiday season than by dropping trout, raising funds, and fighting for health justice!

FREE to watch; Register to run (Santa Skivvies Run is a fundraiser for San Francisco AIDS Foundation, so we do encourage you to fundraise to the best of your abilities, but it is not required)Schedule:
- 11 AM – 11:45 AM Registration/Check-in
- 12 PM – 12:30 PM Run through the Castro
- 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM Santa’s drag show and award ceremony
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM After party at Lookout and Castro Art Mart
The first 25 people who register using the promo code FUNCHEAPSF will receive free registration!
Participants usually raise $125 or more (includes registration fee) to support life-saving HIV services.
