Thanksgiving Potluck in the Mission | The Box Factory

The Box Factory, an art music and culture space in the Mission will host a potluck dinner on Thanksgiving night, November 28, 2013.
Bring a great home cooked vegetable dish to share (not sweet potatoes) or a great homemade dessert.
Free, but RSVP on Facebook and let them know what side dish or dessert you are bringing.>> Please note, we’ve been told by the organizers that this is a now a private event and no more people will be invited
Funcheap Kindness: Don’t just show up and be a freeloader; that’s just rude. And don’t just bring something you picked up last minute at Safeway. Be a good guest and bring something thoughtful to share like a homemade veggie side or a great bottle of wine and make sure you RSVP.
This is a potluck event, so everyone is expected to contribute both food and beverages.
6-8 pm: Appetizers
9 pm: Sit down for dinner
10-12 pm: Dinner/Desserts
11 pm: Possible performances
- They will have 2 full-sized turkeys, vegetarian and vegan offerings.
- Please bring lots of sides; they always have too many sweet potatoes, so go for unique vegetable sides.
- Beverages: They will have mulled cider wine hot on the stove; please bring mixers, bottles, or whatever you like to drink.
