Virgin America’s $44 Flight Sale
Virgin America has put together a pretty good sale for nonstop fares from SFO to Portland, San Diego and LAX for $59 each way along with decent deals to other cities.
And for some reason we see an unadvertised fare of $44 to Las Vegas through June that may expire at any moment.
Travelzoo says this is the first time they’ve seen Virgin discount their fares into spring.
These fares are typically reserved for travel on some Tuesdays, Wednesday and Saturdays (with surrounding dates starting at about $20 more) from February 9 to May 25, 2016 and there’s bound to be some blackout dates around popular travel times like Xmas , New Year’s and other holidays.
Fares expire at 8:59 pm PST on January 28, 2016.

- Las Vegas – $44 – We found a bunch of $44 fares from February 2 to March 16 – mostly Mon/Tue/Wed – but there are some weekends including Valentine’s Day. And there’s some availability until June 6th, these could expire at any minute, but here’s proof.

- Austin / Dallas – $119
- and other cities like Chicago. Boston, DC, JFK from $149 to $159 with Hawaii to $219
- Surrounding dates start at $10-$20 more one way and go way up on Friday/Saturday and depending on demand. Travel over holidays is not available at these prices.
