“A Lord Of A Ring In A Suitcase” Insane Outdoor Bay Area Theater Experience (July 16-31)
One does not simply walk into Mordor… without a change of costume!
Join our adventuresome band of traveling thespians, the Peripatetic Players, as they courageously attempt to enact J.R.R. Tolkien’s epic Lord Of The Rings trilogy in two hour-long installments! Help the Peripatetic Players run from ringwraiths, scintillatingly swordfight, and secretly scarf second breakfasts in this ridiculous romp around Middle Earth at a park near you. The Players have fit their entire production into several suitcases — even the smallest bag can change the course of this play! Bring a blanket and the whole family to enjoy the adventure as it unfolds all around you. Performances are outdoors; actors in proximity to audience members will be masked.
Performances are free of charge and no reservations are necessary. Donations are accepted. For more information, visit www.peripateticplayers.org or call 510-394-2132. Shows are free and appropriate for audiences of all ages!
