Come hear the five-piece Adrian West Band perform at Sailing Goat Restaurant! Free show, all ages, tips appreciated. We’ll play 3 sets from 1 to 4pm.
Sailing Goat is the newest addition to a farm to table restaurant experience in a fabulous outdoor setting! A bayside escape to nourish the body and feed the soul offering coastal cuisine with seasonal plates, local beer and wine to the sounds of live music!!! Adrian West Band is a five-piece acoustic rock ensemble from Oakland. They play a fun mix of originals, covers and instrumentals plus a bit of jazz. Some have described their sound as “Paul Simon meets Talking Heads”. A native of Montreal, Adrian’s approach to songwriting is “music first, lyrics second”. In other words, he likes his songs to stand on their own musically independent of the lyrics. Whether he’s telling a story about a skinny-dipping episode gone awry or grappling with some major challenge facing humanity, his lyrics are infused with equal parts hope, realism and whimsy.
