This free event will allow homeowners who are interested in building an ADU speak directly with industry professionals and will help homeowners:
>Learn what you’re allowed to build, how big and how many units
>How much ADUs cost and how to finance inexpensively
>Return on investment as a rental, sale or for family.
Come to the Belmont Senior & Community Center between 10am and 12 noon to meet a curated group of ADU industry professionals including architects, general contractors, lenders and more; hear informational presentations from industry professionals; and tour factory-built homes to experience what they look and feel like in real life.
Before heading home, visit real ADUs that have just been completed by participating contractors across San Mateo County, open from 12:30 to 2:30 pm.
