Join the San Francisco Transit Riders and ride the SF Bay Ferry from the Ferry Building to Jack London Square in Oakland. (Fares are discounted 25% with your Clipper Card)
On board, you’ll have the chance to interact with a planner from the Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA) and enjoy fabulous views of San Francisco, the Bay Bridge, and Oakland.
Once you arrive at Jack London Square, you’ll meet up with their friends at Transport Oakland to learn about their transportation priorities for Oakland and how they’re pushing to make them a reality.
11:30 am Meet at the SF Ferry Building
12:20 pm Arrive in Oakland, head to Heinold’s First and Last Chance Saloon to meet with Transport Oakland(Departure will depend on where you want to go. Ferries return to the City at 1:30, 2:15, 3:15, and later; you can also take AC Transit routes 12, 72, 72M, or 72R to 12th Street BART)
