Check out some cool aerial silk and kickboxing demos at the IMPACT Kickboxing Center’s Open House and Charity Raffle on September 21, 2013.

Get a free skin assessment, consultations and samples from Rodan & Fields, plus nutritional samples from GNC. Discounts on Saturday only will include 20% off all IMPACT apparel and equipment, 20% off all Bella Body Activewear, and a special IMPACT 6-month membership deal (get initiation fee waived plus one month free).

Saturday Schedule:

• 10:05 -10:35 am: BoxFit (Mark)
• 10:45 -11:15 am: Bushido Fitness (Joseph)
• Raffle Drawing
• 11:20 – 11:30 am: Aerial Silk Demo (Kristin & Rachelle)
• 11:30 to noon: Kickboxing Fitness (Erik)
• 12:20 -12:30 pm: Aerial Silk Demo (Kristin & Rachelle)
• Raffle Drawing
• 12:45-1:15 pm: Agile Warrior (Ann)
• 1:15 – 1:45 pm: Kickboxing Fitness (Erik)

Raffle Tickets will be on sale Saturday – All raffle proceeds goes to UCSF Foundation for Mental Health Research.
