This month they will focus on Search at Airbnb.

A successful e-commerce platform requires an outstanding search engine – it is a major conversion driver that must be designed to balance a diverse set of user needs. In this talk, they will share learnings on recent strides they have made in search ranking. They will also do deep dives on a few successful products they have built around the search experience.
