Be part of the Albany’s (short and really short) international film festival. Join this March for a week of fresh, eclectic and diverse independent films and filmmaker panels plus special 10-year celebration events all month.

Tickets: Buy tickets for the shows you want to see$13 per movie or you can buy a week long valid Festival pass for $100. $60 for Sunday Shorts Pass admits you to all 6 shorts programs (that’s 30+ short films) on March 29, 2020.

In The Land Of My Ancestors Rucha Chitnis (Documentary, 8:30) The living legacy of Ann Marie Sayers, a beloved Ohlone elder, who reclaimed her ancestral land in the Indian Canyon, which is now a sanctuary to many indigenous peoples who don’t have traditional lands for ceremonies.
All That Remains Eva Rendle (Documentary, 20:00) A year after deadly wildfires ravaged Northern California’s Wine Country, its vulnerable population of farmworkers, many of them undocumented, find themselves in a heightened state of insecurity and inequality.
This film is a portrait of the second responders and vineyard workers who are still dealing with the aftermath of the fires, long after the media has turned away.
