Alcatraz City Cruises is offering a “BOGO: Buy One, Get One Free” ticket promotion to all *Bay Area residents for the Alcatraz Day Tour! This special, and limited time offer, is available on select 2024 dates:
- January: 9-10, 16, 30-31
- February: 13-14, 20-21, 27-28
- March: 5-6
How to Book this BOGO Promo for Bay Area Residents
To book, Bay Area residents can call 1-415-981-7625, #3, or purchase tickets online with a credit card tied to a Bay Area address and zip code. To book, add a pair of tickets to cart and enter your zip code at checkout to claim your offer.
You must present a valid government ID showing a zip code from one of the nine Bay Area counties only to claim your tickets. All tickets must be picked up at the Ticketbooth, where your ID will be verified.
*Only Bay Area residents from the nine counties (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma) are eligible.

- Please plan on a 3-hour Alcatraz Island tour experience, including roundtrip boat time.
- Each ferry ride, the departure to Alcatraz Island from San Francisco and the return ferry to Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing from the Island, takes about fifteen (15) minutes. You can stay on Alcatraz Island as long as you like, but please plan for three (3) hours to enjoy the Cellhouse Audio Tour, view the exhibit, and explore the Island.
