“Camp-In” Movie Night: Stand By Me | Potrero Hill

Wanna go see a dead body? Alite Designs, a quirky SF Mission-based camping-goods startup, will be hosting a “Camp-In” Movie night on Friday, August 27th. Featuring Stand By Me, projected in the Grotto of the Bryant Street Sports Basement, this event will inspire you to go camping, complete with a cozy setup of tents that look like 70s RVs, sleeping bags, camp chairs, and a “campfire.”

“Camp-In” Movie Night offers free beer and snacks, including a help-yourself vintage popcorn cart. Also, now’s your chance to stock up on those sexy bib shorts and swim goggles you’ve been needing; all guests get 20% off everything in the store from 5 to 9. And, a raffle following the feature offers cool camping-inspired prizes like packs, trail maps, a Wild Food Walk from Forage SF , and a campsite reservation.
