Come celebrate the anniversary of the fantastic San Francisco group hikes led by Jill Katz with a challenging but casual 6 mile hike exploring some amazing peaks, and then celebrate with tasty beverages.

The Great San Francisco Hike
“Hike It Up” 5-Year Anniversary

Meeting Location: Parnassus and Willard Streets (Bus Stop)
FREE (bring cash for drinks)

You’ll begin in Cole Valley on the corner of Parnassus and Willard Street. You will then hike into Mt Sutro Forest (find the fairy gates) cross Claredon Avenue to Twin Peaks Reservoir toward top of Twin Peaks Summit (usually very windy but an amazing view of the entire city). You will hike both peaks, cause you can. Then you will head downhill to Tank Hill Park.

After that, you will walk through the Haight and then the panhandle to the BarrelHead Brewery. They are going to open up the top balcony for the hikers to celebrate this milestone.
