3rd Annual Brazilian Independence Day is already here. This year, exciting Bay-Area Forró band Xaxado Mission will be opening the show, followed by our featured

Headliner: SambaDá, with Sang Matiz

Special guests include:

  • Kevin Welch of Boca Do Rio
  • Samba Queen “Tiombe”
  • Samba King Jefferson Joseph
  • Angelo Tomandl on the harmonica with Sang Matiz

and more to be announced

Brazilian Appetizers (Salgados and Brigadeiros) will be served for a suggested donation. They will also be selling $9 Capirinhas & $6 drafts.

The Special Event is a contribution to Culture, Music, Dance, Food, & Justice. This event is in support of “Coletivo Desbordar” emceed by the enigmatic Renata Moreira from Our Family Coallition.
