Event Details

Celebrate Heritage Day in Saratoga with free history tours, demos by old-time artisans, live Dixieland music and exhibits at the Saratoga History Museum from noon to 4 pm on Saturday, September 28, 2013.

See 25 historic, costumed Saratoga figures stroll Big Basin Way. The award winning 10th Avenue Band will play Dixieland jazz and swing music from 1-3 pm. A variety of crafts people will be on hand to demonstrate old time crafts including quilt making, spinning wool, weaving, wood carving, lace making, rag rug making and more.

Enjoy a village walking tour, book signing by local authors, children’s activities, docent-led tours of the one-room schoolhouse and historic McWilliams house, free exhibit of Betty and Willys Peck and more takes place at the Saratoga History Museum.
