The 10th annual Noe Valley Harvest Festival is a family-friendly affair on 24th Street between Sanchez and Church near the farmer’s market featuring live bands all day on two stages, a pumpkin patch (free for the kids), two jumpy tents, balloon artists, face painters, a dog costume contest, a kids’ costume contest, a dunk tank and more.
