What’s better than a picnic with people you love? A picnic with dancers you love, eating tasties, messing around and trying to win the Golden Shoe Award. That’s right people – there will be games to play and competitions to be won, and not just in dancing.

The Main Event: The Lindy Relay
12 noon to 5 pm
Ya’ll ready for this? Each team is built for 9 people; there will be other games in preparation to this as well. Come scout out team members, check out the competition, and draft your team.

“I Like Pie, I Like Cake” Contest
12 noon to 5 pm
Who will have the best? Start dreaming up your best cake/pie and bring it to the picnic to get a chance at winning the Golden Spatula! Don’t worry, they’ve said they will like anything you make.

Pop Up Dress Exchange
2 pm
Do you have 123,133 dance dresses that are quite lovely, but you personally never want to wear again? Bring two (or five) of them to the Lindy Games picnic and get those puppies new homes because there is nothing sadder than a dance dress left undanced. All left over dresses will be brought home or donated to Goodwill.
