SF’s 30th Annual Urban Youth Arts & Graffiti Festival (2026)

Precita Eyes’ Annual Urban Youth Arts Festival takes place on the third Saturday of July. This year, the festival will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Precita Park from 1pm to 5pm.

​The Urban Youth Arts Festival is an annual, youth-directed event that offers city residents and visitors a way to experience and participate in its youth culture. Precita Eyes provides a neutral and sanctioned space where youth can safely experience spray-can art and practice respect for one another. Both youth and experienced street artists/muralists share their art and bridge their generational gaps. Youth dancers, singers, and rappers perform live on our stage, creating a lively and festive environment.

For the 30th Annual Urban Youth Arts Festival, the theme is Presente 4EVER. We will be inviting 3 local OG crews to paint monumental scale pieces, 3 youth organizations will perform mural performances, and we’ll have a stage for emerging youth perfomers to show off their talents.

At the festival, a total of thirteen walls – double sided, and of various sizes – will be available to be used by festival participants. There will be a stage, a kids’ crafting area, face painting, and a vending spot for the San Francisco public library. The stage will feature up to 12 individual performers and 2 bands.

Precita Eyes Muralists have been giving children and adults alike the opportunity to explore their spray art ambitions in the safety of Precita Park. Each 3rd Saturday of July, we set up temporary walls, supply all of the spray paint and ppa, to give our community a space to explore spray art. We have loved keeping this tradition alive (since the 90s) and look forward to the Urban Youth Arts Festival every year.
