Art in the Alley | Jack Kerouac Alley in North Beach

On Sunday, May 2, 2010, Kerouac Alley in North Beach will once again be transformed into an open-air art gallery when we hold our annual Art in the Alley event – now in our tenth year.

Over 25 emerging and established artists will showcase their work in the alley named for one of North Beach’s most famous Beat icons. An eclectic variety of creativity will be on display including painting, printmaking, fine art glass, art books, photography, mixed media, jewelry and a unique publisher, Submarine Press.
