“An Artist is Present” Unofficial Marina Abramovic Tribute | Berkeley

In the UC Berkeley Eucalyptus Grove, an artist will be present to share space with you for as long as you need. This is an unauthorized tribute to performance artist Marina Abramovic.

We don’t have to be Marina Abramovic to be artists; we just need to be present.

Let us stare at you in a collaboration celebrating participation and inclusivity in an unlicensed recreation of Marina Abramovic’s 2010 performance piece at the MoMA.

We will be present. Artists (that’s you!) are invited to enjoy 2 participatory performance pieces.
