Art Reception For Large Landscape Abstractions | Union Square

Sandra Lee Gallery is honored to present a solo exhibition of paintings by Jeremy Morgan. The Exhibition will be on view at the gallery March 1-29, 2011. The public is welcome to attend the opening reception on Thursday March 3rd from 5:00-7:30 pm, where the artist will be in attendance to discuss his work.

Jeremy Morgan’s large scale, landscape abstractions are alluring environments composed masterfully of color and contrast. Deep blues and greens are pierced by light, radiating from within darkness, giving the illusion of both an internal and external source. Bursts of reds and yellows are calmed by deep shadows bringing the canvas to life with undulating variation.
