Who needs a bouquet of red roses when you can have a bouquet of dumpling roses?
Surprise your sweetie and amaze your friends by making them siu mai shaped like roses. Learn how at this At the Table event with food stylist and blogger Kristina Cho. Cho will show us her technique for making these special pork and shrimp dumplings, so you can make them at home.
After the demonstration, Cho will sign copies of her cookbook “Mooncakes & Milk Bread,” which includes the recipe for these beautiful dumplings and so much more.
The Asian Art Museum features special $10 general admission on Thursdays after 5pm. At the Table event tickets are an additional $5.
