Grab a bottle of local wine and your picnic basket and join us under the trees on the historic Sonoma Plaza for Authors on the Plaza.

The 2022 Authors on the Plaza is a free, special event for the Sonoma community hosted by the Sonoma Valley Authors Festival (August 26-28, 2022). We’ll see you there on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; featuring the hilarious Dave Barry, New York Times best-selling fiction author, Amor Towles to discuss his new book “The Lincoln Highway” and scientist with a wry wit, Mary Roach who entertains with every word.

The Sonoma Valley Authors Festival is an intimate, 3-day wine country weekend like no other. This “vacation with a purpose” is a highly-curated event offering a unique opportunity to hear some of the most important authors and speakers of our time. This year’s festival features 20+ authors, speakers and moderators including Amor Towles, Tracy K.
