SF’s Yerba Buena Gardens Festival 2026
The 2026 Yerba Buena Gardens Festival hosts a full lineup of free outdoor music, theater, circus, dance, poetry, and children’s programs. The Festival opens on Saturday, May 9, 2026 with Hermán Olivera y Orquesta Taíno to kick off its 26th season. The Festival features over 100 free performances from May to November in Downtown San Francisco.
Come join a free, feel-good workshop at Jessie Square working towards a Flashmob performance the AXIS way. These workshops, created for all ages and all abilities, will allow you to explore movement within your own body and in relationship to others around you.
Using creative movement and structured improvisation, AXIS creates an environment where everyone is encouraged to explore their own unique movement vocabulary.
There are two other dance workshops – Sunday, June 9 and Sunday, June 23, 2013, working up to the Flashmob on July 21, 2013.
