Event Details

Join Erin Carper for a sixty-minute American Sign Language play group–designed for parents and caregivers—to help you integrate signing into your everyday routines such as bathing, meal time, and nap time. Participants will discover the benefits of signing with your baby, learn songs and activities to make signing with your baby easy and enjoyable, and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Erin Carper studied ASL and Deaf Culture for three years at Berkeley City College, completing her certificate in American Sign Language and Deaf Culture Studies in 2011. She discovered a passion for sharing ASL with her friends and family and is excited to bring signing into the community.
