Event Details

The Barbara Lee Lecture Series presents it’s 33rd outstanding lecture with the Pastor Tony Lowden, the first and only Black pastor to a U.S. president – President Jimmy Carter and First Lady Rosalynn Carter — and a national leader in restorative justice and criminal justice reform.

Pastor Lowden’s efforts assist communities in the life-transforming process of integrating formerly adjudicated individuals into the economic, political and cultural structures of society.

Many people will appreciate receiving this opportunity to hear Pastor Lowden and Mayor Barbara Lee offering answers to Dr. King’s question, “Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community?”

The event is FREE. RSVP to www.mlkfreedomcenter.org
