This is your monthly chance to come see and taste what’s cooking at Forage Kitchen. Your favorite chefs are in the kitchen, and you can walk through and taste their favorite new recipes. Plus there’s beer. What could be better?
The monthly Batch Made Market highlights the most creative small batch food being made in the Bay Area.

The Open Kitchen Market, this month on First Friday, will feature goodies like:
- Organic, local flower crowns, botanical jewelry, mixed bouquets, and succulent arrangements from Beauxtanicals.
- Honey glazed fried chicken, artisan mac n cheese, down home chili with jalapeno cornbread, fried chicken biscuit sliders, mixed salad with peach vinaigrette, mamas peach cobbler, and Tychos lemonade (non alcoholic) from Braggin’ Ryts and Montperi Catering.
- Pan-fired dumplings and Taiwanese sandwich with freshly steam bun from Good-to-eat Dumplings.
- Savory handpies, cakes and fresh summer fruit tarts from Oak and Fig Baking.
- Egyptian street food with a California twist (classic koshary, lamb kofta meatballs, and a prickly pear hibiscus spritzer) from red cart.
- Chicken & Waffle Skewers w/honey Sriracha Syrup, Shrimp n Grits w/ Dungeness Crab, Fat Girl Sliders (Fried chicken dunked in our Shrimp n Grits Gravy), Red Beans n Rice w/ Smoked Sausage, and Strawberry Shortcakes from Samara Southern Creations.
- Plum syrup refresher, Plum-tequila cocktail, and Panna cotta with jam from Yumé Boshi.
