*Free, Donations Welcome

KALW | 220 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA

Event Details

Join KALW for a live watch party for the first California gubernatorial debate in the 2026 election, hosted by the KALW Election News Team.

Watch the debate between candidates to be California’s next governor with your Bay Area neighbors, followed by a public conversation moderated by KALW Executive Producer Ben Trefny where you can opt in to share your thoughts. Your feedback can help shape what KALW covers in the run-up to Election Day.

There is a $10 – $20 sliding scale suggested donation for this event. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. We’re hosting this gathering to help inform the electorate.

Please become a KALW member today and receive your first drink on us at all 220 Montgomery events.

220 Montgomery St., San Francisco, 2 blocks from BART/MUNI
