Event Details

Kent McDonald talks about saturated fat and whether it is good or bad for you.

Dr. McDonald received his Ph.D. in Botany from the University of California, Berkeley in 1972. In the fall of 2014 he became interested in the science behind federal nutritional guidelines and has since learned that there isn’t much that can be trusted. His presentation will look at why this is so and consider some healthier nutritional strategies based on more reliable information.
