San Francisco’s Bayview Neighborhood comes alive for 3rd on Third, a community-wide arts celebration for the whole family happening from 5-8 pm every third Friday of the month, at Bayview Town Center (Mendell Plaza at 3rd Street & Oakdale Ave).

The monthly event features pop-up galleries, pop-up attractions, local food vendors, a beer and wine garden, a special children’s zone with free art-making activities, and a stage featuring talent from Bayview and beyond.

Bayview Opera House presents: San Francisco Mime Troupe’s 2017 production of “Walls.” It’s an indoor show on the historic Bayview Opera House stage. Arrive early and enjoy the Bayview ambiance and a bite to eat from local youth-run supper club Old Skool Cafe and reserve your table.

Doors open at 5pm; music at 6pm; show at 6:30pm

The San Francisco Mime Troupe has been creating and producing socially relevant theater of the highest professional quality since 1963. Propelled to fame as part of the San Francisco counter culture, free speech movement and war protests of the 60’s, they are one of the best-known agit-prop theatre group in the world.
