Bazaar Cafe Salon-Style Display: 20 Years Of Show Posters | SF

For the twenty years between 1998 and 2018, show posters were routinely added to the Bazaar Cafe bathroom. Bazaar closed in August 2018 (on the same day it had opened in 1998, owners Les and Makiko were attentive to such things), and when its new owners re-opened it in February, they and a group of volunteers had lovingly saved all the old posters, and are now displaying a portion of them, salon-style. Come and enjoy them while you can.

There are future plans for documentation and some great video materials were captured during the painstaking take-down, but the original posters will likely not be in public circulation for very long.
