Berkeley Old-Time Music Convention Free Family Square Dance

Berkeley Old-Time Music Convention presents their annual family square dance with live old-time music by Cathy Fink & Marcy Marxer.  Caller Susan Michaels leads the group through fun, easy dances for the whole family.  This event is very welcoming to little kids!  The dancing is square-dance style, but not all of the dances are for 8-person squares–some use other formations.  Kids must be accompanied by adults.  This event is totally free.  Doors open at 2:45 pm.  The Berkeley Old-Time Music Convention takes place in various venues in Berkeley from Friday, September 18th through Sunday, September 22nd.  https://www.berkeleyoldtimemusic.org/
