Berkeley’s Free Solar-Powered Music Festival 2026

Sunstock Solar-Powered Music Festival is an annual UC Berkeley tradition, organized by student members of the ASUC Sustainability Team.

Sunstock features student and local bands, campus organizations, and free sustainable arts & crafts, all powered entirely by a solar panel generator. We also have a sustainability fair for campus organizations to share their work with the community and other students.

Sunstock is 100% free for all, including students, community members, families, dogs, music lovers, and artists. Join us for a day of live music in the sun!

Sunstock Solar Powered Music Festival and Sustainability Fair is April 19, 2026 from 12-7 PM on West Crescent!

Sunstock is 100% free for anyone to join! We will have free arts and crafts, local organizations tabling, and 6 bands performing throughout the day. West Crescent is located on Center St across from BAMPFA.
