Check out Underground Nomads Tuesdays at F8 with Bay Area’s most eclectic DJs breaking barriers of genre and culture with World Music, including bhangra, Balkan, Latin and middle eastern music, plus live Bhangra and belly dancing performances, and tribal and bass DJ sets.

$5, and there’s a 2-for-1 special all night (also make sure to mention it at the door).

Resident DJs include DJ Amar, Santero, Suresh, Dulce Vita and Sep. Each night begins with dance performances featuring Bay Area local favorites and guest dancers from around the world. They’ll often have amazing talent from Europe, South America, Asia and across North America.

See the dance performances followed by dancefloor DJ sets until 10 pm. Enjoy happy hour specials at the bar until 10 pm, and select all-night drink specials.

Please note, on special 5th Tuesday fundraising benefit nights, cover is higher, but happily discounted to $5 when you mention Funcheap.

On Tuesday, February 11, 2014, they’ll be featuring an extended performance lineup featuring dancers from north and south of the border.

MWE, a balkan brass band, will be performing a live set.

Featured special guest performers include: Caro Dumanni from Costa Rica; Laura June from Vancouver, BC; Michaella Manning, Hannah Lily and Pixie Fordtears from Los Angeles, CA, along with 2nd Tuesday residents FatChanceBellyDance and Wendy Martlatt, and resident Millie Maddox.

9 pm: Music and Happy Hour
10 pm: 1st set of performances with FatChanceBellyDance, Wendy Martlatt and special guests
10:40 pm: MWE live with Laura June
11:20 pm: 2nd set of performances with special guests and residents
11:30 pm: Tag-team improv performance sets with DJ Amar mixing live on the fly
11:45 pm: DJ Amar spinning global dancefloor beats: open dancefloor
