o Meet at 8:30am / Push off at 9:30am
The Ride
o ~50 miles at a moderate pace, with a shorter 25-30 mi loop
o food, drink, & FUN to follow!

o To train for Bike MS: Waves to Wine, September 17 & 18
o Waves to Wine begins at Levi’s Plaza in SF and ends in Wine Country. 1 or 2 days with rides from 20 to 100 miles each day
