Pedalfest 2019: Bike Stunts, Whymcycles & Unicycle Lessons | Oakland

Pedalfest is a free celebration of bikes, cycling, food and family.

Join everyone at Jack London Square for a day of bicycle shenanigans, an amphibious bike race, dare-devil stunts, art bikes, and live music on a pedal-powered stage and the most amazing collection of bicycles to be seen from vintage and hand built bikes to high-end customs, sturdy commuters, and creative art bikes.

Ride your bike; there will be a free bike valet available for all visitors.

Professional stunt riders Zak Maeda and Casey Holm will wow crowds with exciting, two-wheeled stunts showcasing bicycle balancing and agility on obstacles.

Amphibious Bike Race Presented By John Muir Health | Splash At 12:30 pm At The Main Stage On Broadway

Watch a spectacular display of land- and sea-worthy bikes as they pedal through Jack London Square and into the Oakland Estuary. The race launches at the Main Stage at 12:30 pm

Pedal-Powered Live Music Presented By Drake’S Brewing
Hop on a stationary bike and pedal to generate power for Rock the Bike’s off-grid sound stage.

• 12 pm – Teao Sense DJ set
• 1 pm – Audio Pharmacy
• 2 pm – Bicicletas Por La Paz
• 3:30 pm – Andre Thierry
• 4:30 pm – Rock the Bike DJ set

Drake’S Brewing Lounge Area | All Day, Near Rock The Bike Stage On Webster St.

Kick back under the palm trees and enjoy a cold one. All proceeds from Drake’s Brewing will support Bike East Bay. Beer booths are located on Broadway and Webster plazas.

Cyclecide Pedal-Powered Carnival Presented By Jump | All Day, Webster Plaza

Cyclecide returns to Pedalfest with three of their famous pedal-powered rides for adults and kids. Go for a spin on the dizzy toy, kiddie carousel, and 12-person carousel – all pedal powered.

Bmx Spectacular Presented By Lyft | 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, 3 pm, & 4:30 pm in Front Of 55 Harrison

Enjoy BMX spectacles by Perfection On Wheels’ BMX Stunt Team in front of 55 Harrison.
