This Old Book & This New Scanner, Saturday, 1-3pm

  • Cracked spines, dirty pages, loose hinges, dog ears? Bring a damaged book for evaluation and possible treatment and learn to do your own repairs.
  • Old photos, negatives, slides or clippings? Bring a family keepsake and preserve it for always with our high resolution digital scanner.

Enjoy the opportunity to consult with San Francisco Public Library’s very own experts and celebrate Preservation Week too: Pass It On: Saving Heritage and Memories.
